Busy Bee.
I have just got back from Download and now I'm getting ready to jet off to London! I'm sorry I haven't been around but y'know busy, busy bee! While at Download I saw so many differenty styles of Dr. Martens and it reminded me of why I love them so much! I used to own a couple of pairs (which my Mum has stolen now; yeah she's actually majorlly cool like that) and I miss them! Maybe not the perfect summer boot but I do feel like I will get some new ones soon! Here is a selection of some of my favourites which are out at the minute! x

I must apologise...
...for completely neglecting my blog and my tumblr! Boy, do I suck right now. I've just been out more than in recently and so haven't had the oppurtunity mostly. I tried blogging on my phone but got annoyed at the typing, so again I apologise. I should really just stick it out. I have take a few photos from this week, not enough and I really need to move my camera app to the main page so that I will take more photos.
Never the less, have some photos :)
Can I just say, Mulberry you have let me down. Good and proper son. I mean, highlighter pink?! Righto. Gosh.
Outfit#1
These little black dresses, from H&M, are my main wardrobe staple...like EVER. I totally recommend everyone getting some as they are completely versatile. and so easy to work with!
(Mac, Primark. Salmon top, Kookai. Scarf, Cannot remember! Black dress,H&M.)
Last week was the busiest week ever! I started back at Uni and instead of easing us in gently I was in every day at 9. Oh the joys! So, coffee was definitely the top of the agenda!
(Coffee, a bit gross. Filofax¬ebooks, Paperchase)
Outfit #2
This was taken while I ws waiting for a friend in Mango, I have bought too much stuff today and feel guilty already! However, I did purchase some lovely placement pants from Zara and New Look, as well as some other goodies! I will take some photos and upload tomorrow....hopefully. Again, I'm rocking the simple H&M dress. Yeah, I have like 5 of them...
(Black dress, H&M. Grey top, Kookai. Bag, French Connection. Detailed blazer, Idol for New Look. Scarf, Peacocks. Shoes, Primark.)
Overall a very successful shopping trip! A lot of bargains but lovely day! Now to do a large amount of paperwork in prepartion for placement and all of mty deadlines after! Oh the joys of uni :) xx

I love it when...
...I get new stationery! I have a small love, which most of you wil already know, and it's only getting worse!
I would love to say these new notebooks were needed but they're not. Well one is, but two is just greedy. Buttttt, they do match my collection and will allow one of my tutors to continue talking way too much.
(Notebooks from Paperchase)
Again, they are like my other notebooks, so much so they follow the same retro/vintage theme as well as sporting a plastic cover which is just sooooo good when you're like me and tend to spill things within my bag,
I haven't been able to shop much in the sales due to my increasing hatred of crowds and bustling-sale-finding people. They have the 'bargain' on the mind and no-one, and I mean no-one, will get in their way. So in general, I tend to just try and stay away. Saying this I have braved it a few times to only emerge with some awesome goodies!( (Necklace, New Look, £2. Shoes, Primark, £8. Tassle belt, H&M, £2. Navy wool skirt, Zara Kids, £12)
I really fancy going shopping but think I should probably save my money so that I can afford to live this year! Even though I have fallen in love with a £249 bag....xx

Happy New Year!
Well technically Eve. But hey! New year, new start and all that! I am very much looking forward to 2011, it seems like it will be a fantastic year; just as 2010 has been towards the end.
I haven't got any resolutions as I will just break them...probably in the first few days. Which in turn will just depress me that I cannot stick to a few rules!

Doris is in a Daze!
My lovely Vicki, from Doris Daze Imaginatorium, is having a right ol' time dealing with the clothes surrounding the Christmas festivities! I can totally relate to her, with that yes, you want to look drop, dead gorgeous but, you don't want to have no money for presents! Oh, I can totally relate to you, Vicki m'love!
As she has been so nice to me on her blog, and in general, I thought I would chuch together a little outfit for her so that I can help in any little way! The criteria focuses around lace&leopard print, which can I just say is amazing! I love both and if you threw in a bit of tweed&fur&feathers and oh my, I'm bought!
So here goes! I hope it helps a little.
These are all from ZARA and the reason I like them so is that they would be able to be transformed from a basic day dress to a fancy night dress!
As well as all these I know H&M have some nice dresses instore at the minute but the website is dire! This has taken sooo long and I feel terrible and ill and awful and bleurgh! So I may expand on this later but, I hope its helped a little my darling! xx

Shoes for Tomorrow.
It all started with Blake Mycoskie who was a young businessman who saw poverty and decided to change it. This is when Shoes for Tomorrow came in and basically for every pair of TOMs sold he will donate another pair ro a child who needs shoes! I love this idea! It's so lovely, I don't normally buy into movements of this sort but I think I really could as its just such a good cause!
Heres just some celebs who have got their hands on some! (Zac Efron, Liv Tyler&Keira Knightley)
(All images from the Toms website)
They have a huuuuuge range of designs and colours and when its this good a cause how can you say no?!Wednesday, October 06, 2010
"I trust you, if it's already been done, undo it. It takes two, it's up to me and you, to prove it."
-The Gossip.
Hello!
I knowwww, I'm such an awful blogger but Uni is hectic! Brutally so. I've posted before on the long hours well, I'm kinda getting used to them (apart from the fact I get up and ready in the pitch black) but the workload is HUGE already! I have weekly presentations on top of seminar&lecture work so yes, when I get home I tend to crawl onto the sofa or bed and cabbage out without having to think of anything...bar any work due for the next day.
Alas, do not fear I have been able to take some photos in between the mess and I'm just going to place them all here :) Enjoyyy.
Owl pencil case, £ shop.
Simple Black Tee Dress, H&M
T-Bar Shoes, Peacocks
Leopard Print Satchel, Thrifted.
This bag definitely deserves it own little line. It is beautiful, like completely! I have totally fallen in love with it and its far superior and therefore overtook the bag I loved in M&S. Mainly because it was only £2.99 annnnnd it fits EVERYTHING in! Loving it like that!!
I also have some outfit photos ready&waiting which I will post up a bit later but I reallllly want a long bath with candles and music. Ahh, small pleasures are amazing at the minute.
Be back soon my lovelies! xx

My Own Personal Addiction...
...Shoes!
For the keen-eyed people among you, you will have probably noticed that to a certain degree I love shoes. I collect shoes from all different shops and as my foot size hasn't changed since I was around 15, my collection is more than a little extensive. The 'collection' is now edging towards the higher end of the '10s and well I love them! :) As I've been browsing the shops recently I have come accross some lovely ones in Marks & Spencers as well as New Look. Back in the Day it would have been M&S to be the expensive one and New Look the lesser but it seems this has changed! Which has shocked me a little as I do feel M&S will offer a better quality in the long run but okay!
So here are my M&S faves!
And here are my fave New Look boots, I have got some wedge boots (among others from New Look and they are fairly decent quality but I feel they have got a bit £-happy when they have discovered leather and suede!)

Hello! I could be a Fashion Icon.
Previously I had posted about some gorgeous shoes that I had to have! (CLICK HERE TO SEE)
Well I haven't been able to afford them, dammit, but Katy Perry has obviously found the love in the new shoot for mens magazine Esquire! I believe she saw them on here and wanted them. Ho Hum, if only I was famous.
