Cedric's Find.

Its been forever since I've been on here, purely based on the fact I've had better things to do :) ahaha.

But I did see this the other day which slightly amused me.
Even if its just for the look on Cedric’s face :’)

Mr Cedric Hooper bought these bananas in ASDA, but it wasn't until he was home that he discovered the amazingness!

"This banana looked fatter than the others we bought and when we spilt it open there were two inside instead of one!" he said and I quote.
"I like a banana most days and have bought thousands!" Cedric said he had continued to eat the fruit.
" Both tasted fine!" he added.
Waste not Want not!!

Alas the Ribbons

When I was tidying I did come across something that has made me think.
Oh, the mysteries of the universe.
For example, why do all major clothes manufacturers - H&M, Zara and
Topshop to name a few - insist on adding ribbons to their t-shirts for
us to hang them by?

Hello?
We have shoulders for that.
I could open my own shop ,like the image, with all the ribbons I have!
I just get so annoyed with the ribbons peeking out and I have to constantly tuck them in....until I reach for the faithful scissors!
Then, of course, I can't bear to throw away the ribbons, as (read in a magazine) they're like soooo cuuuuuuute.
And then you end up with a bunch of cuuuuuuute ribbons (if you don't
feel the need to use the letter U seven times, there's not enough
cuteness) just waiting for you to transform them into some amazing DIY
project you haven't exactly conceived yet.

Yeah, been there, done that. Failed.

So, tonight is the night I will address this injustice.
I officially declare this the
lets-finally-do-something-with-these-ribbons-which-aren’t-fulfilling-their-destiny
night. Let the sewing begin!

I am the World’s Best Procrastinator!

Procrastination is opportunity's assassin.  ~Victor Kiam

It’s official; I hit 1,000 words on my essay and then decided noooo!
I must tidy,
I must knit a tea cosy,
I must make a dress,
I must make a new lampshade,
I must alter all the clothes I have been meaning to do,
I must make food,
I must play with the puppy,
I must ring everyone in my phone book and catch up

And
I NEEEED to watch television!

Aside from that not a lot has happe ned to me lately,
due to the 8+ inches of bloody snow we have
here and the fact my carwill not come and play!
Humf. Most of all I just miss wearing my normal
pretty shoes and normal clothes. Oh back in the
dayyyyy,
what does grasslook like again?! :/

Time for Tea!

"Each cup of tea represents an imaginary voyage." -Catherine Douzel
I don't even like tea :)

butttttt
I still class this as one of my favourite Christmas presents!
My Gold Tea Pot...

(I was very lucky this Christmas and I was spoiled rotten :D)

So I've been using this as a coffee/lemon&ginger tea, tea pot!

Nommmmmmmmmmmmmm.

EDIT: I have just taken up knitting, so I'm creating a tea cosy
hahahaha, it may take a while :/

Epic Fail!

2nd January right?

Bloody second day!

And I’ve had chocolate both days and I have not carried out my 8 minute abs either day!

Instead of a swear box, I’m gonna have a
‘You’ve broke another New Years Resolution’ Box.

I am going to put a pound in every time.
Hmmm, I could be rich by next year!
